The First Leg
After extensive searching, Julie and Claude Signori identified their next sailboat over in New Jersey with the help of their broker, Joel Turner. After a successful closing on their Beneteau 523, they recruited the help of their friends Freddy and Brooke Santos to bring the boat with them from New Jersey to Kemah Texas.
Fast forwarding to the next summer, Freddy and Brooke decided they were ready to find their own boat. Having developed a relationship with Joel Turner, they scheduled a meeting to discuss the market and what boats might be a good fit. Joel interviewed them on their goals and timeline, then coordinated showings to narrow down to a cruiser suitable for them. This utilized the strength of the Gulf Coast team, as they looked at boats across Texas, Louisiana, and Florida.
Full Circle
As summer turned to fall, a suitable candidate emerged – a Hunter 49 in Fernandina Beach, Florida. After another smooth closing with the Murray Team, they were handed the keys to the boat and tasked with a beautiful cruise back to Kemah. It was then only suitable that they enjoyed their trip back with Julie and Claude.
